$250 setup fee + per-item pricing

I'll work with you to procure blanks that coordinate beautifully with your event — think robes and pouches for a bridal shower, bibs and loveys for a baby sprinkle, or totes for a milestone birthday. Each blank is priced individually, so you only pay for what your guests personalize.

Private Events - Customer Provided Items

$250 setup fee + $50/hour

Already have something in mind? Supply your own blanks and I'll personalize them live at your event, billed by the hour.

$500 for 3 hours of live embroidery

Make your company event, client appreciation day, or team retreat unforgettable. Live monogramming is a premium touch that gets people talking — and sends everyone home with branded swag they'll actually keep.

Your corporate package includes:

Custom digitized branded fonts and logos — your brand, stitched exactly right
Branded thread colors matched to your company palette
A mix of your items and blanks I procure — whatever combination works for your event
3 hours of live stitching, plus setup and teardown

FAQ

How far will you travel? I'm based in Lancaster, PA and serve the surrounding area. [Travel fee may apply beyond 25 miles — contact me for details.]

How many items can you stitch per hour? It depends on the design, but most single-name personalizations take just a few minutes each. I'll help you plan realistic quantities for your guest count.

How far in advance should I book? The earlier the better — especially for corporate events, since logo digitizing takes extra lead time. [Recommend 12 weeks minimum.]

Do you require a deposit? 50% deposit required at booking for all Private and Corporate events.

Rescheduling & Cancellations: Life happens! You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 7 days' notice. Cancellations made 14+ days before your event receive a full deposit refund; cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit.

Final details — fonts, icons, thread colors, and blank selections — are due 10 days before your event so everything arrives and stitches on time
